050521 　ＮＰＴ再検討会議の審議状況（日本政府代表の演説など）

 
ＮＰＴ再検討会議は４週間(5/2〜27)の会期のうちすでに４分の３が過ぎ、あと１週間で閉幕の予定ですが、一昨日(5/19)からやっと実質審議が委員会毎に始まりました。審議は過去の再検討会議と同様、次の３つの主要委員会で行なわれております。
 
　第１委員会　（核軍縮問題）
　第２委員会　（核不拡散問題）
　第３委員会　（原子力平和利用問題）
 
各主要委員会の活動状況は、国連のＨＰ（http://www.un.org/events/npt2005/documents.html）に載っており、その中のNPT/CONF.2005/INF.5.Proposed Programme of Work (19 to 27 May 2005)という資料に各委員会の今後の作業スケジュールが詳しく載っておりますので、ご覧下さい。


また、政府レベルの会議とは別に、世界中の核問題に関係する民間団体（ＮＧＯ）---日本の原水禁、原水協、広島・長崎市等を含む---もニューヨークの各所において活発に議論や活動を行なっておりますが、それらの動きについては、Reaching Critical Will=RCM (Reaching for a Critical Mass of Political Will for Nuclear Disarmament)というＮＧＯのＨＰ(http://www.reachingcriticalwill.org/legal/npt/RevConEvents.html)に詳しく紹介されています。
